We are offering an excellent opportunity to join our company as a Small Works Manager.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with the ability to forward plan thoroughly.
• Responsible for the costing, risk management and completion of works
• Able to complete accurate and reliable work to a given deadline.
• Able to communicate well with a good analytical mind .
• A good team player and competent working alone .
• A good manager of others.
• Presentable, as you will be representing the company to our clients .

Necessary Skills:

• Experience at managing and reporting cost
• A contractor or consultancy background
• General building knowledge and competency
• Good time keeping
• Computer literate with experience in Microsoft systems, i.e. excel, word and outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferably with 5 years experience or relevant qualifications to support your application.
• Numeracy & Literacy to GCSE level.

Other:

• You will need to hold a clean driving license.
